The 1st Tehran Annual Digital Art Exhibition (TADAEX)

The 1st Tehran Annual Digital Art Exhibition brings together a selection of video works drawn from the Sazmanab Video Library, foregrounding digital and time-based practices within the context of contemporary Iranian art.
The exhibition focuses on how artists engage digital media as a space for experimentation, narration, and critique, moving across personal, social, and political registers. Rather than framing digital art as a unified category, the program presents it as a field of diverse strategies and sensibilities, shaped by the conditions of production, circulation, and access in Iran.
All videos are selected from the Sazmanab Video Library and curated by Sohrab Kashani. The 1st Tehran Annual Digital Art Exhibition is curated by Sohrab Kashani and Arash Salehi.
Venue: Mohsen Gallery [Tehran]
December 16 – December 21, 2011
